"We requested someone to build fitted cupboards and fit skirting boards. Richard Bushnell responded to our request promptly and came round to provide a quote soon afterwards. We found him personable and professional and therefore chose to go with him even though his quote was above others that we received. Richard built the fitted units off site during the week and his fitter came to fit the units and the skirting boards at the weekend. We were very happy with the quality and finish of the fitted units. Unfortunately, we were not quite so happy with the workmanship on the skirting boards and had to ask the fitter to redo them. However, Richard and his fitter responded to our concerns promptly and the issues have now been resolved. Overall we were happy with the service provided by Richard and would recommend him if you are looking for bespoke fitted furniture."
