"I was sent an unbeatable quote, accepted and asked for some piece of mind as I hadnt actually met Carl. I was sent two stunning pictures of what i would call his lifes work, both staircases. Carl travelled all the way from Birmingham to Salford and was here for the time we had agreed of 8.30am! Got straight to work and was very polite throughout. The end result was fantastic, and Carl even waited as one of the door sizes was wrong so needed taking back and swapping. One of the handles didnt seem to sit right (was straight but didnt look it because of the shape of the door) so i asked him to straighten this out and there was no issue. He was able to fit us in on a Saturday over the bank holiday weekend which we totally appreciated.
Overall, i would basically say, if i need any more carpentry in my home, i know who I would use without question. :) "
