"I was initially very satisfied by the quality of the work done by Mr. Managan. However, our entryphone system stopped working around the same time he visited. Given that the system had been "spotty" previously, we didn't think too much of it, and resolved to call someone in to look at it later. Only recently have we discovered that Mr. Managan cut wire which leads from our flat's entry to our entry phone, and the connection is now a rather difficult and expensive repair. Not only did he cut the wire deliberately (it appears to have been done with wire cutters), he most certainly neglected to mention it to us once he had done so. I'm FURIOUS!!"

"Jon always turned up in time and responded to calls and e-mails. He gave a good choice of which veneer to choose from. Although the furniture looks nice, overall I was disappointed, the work did not fully meet my expectations. Firstly I was told that nothing was a problem but the wardrobe is now quite unstable, the bed does not work 100% and throughout the job I had to fight for various things to be changed or redone. I have learnt that I won't accept a job from a carpenter anymore without a proper drawing. What I struggled most with were excuses Jon brought forward when things did not work out."
