"Was late only, accepted "pound notes" Ruined door by cutting holes through so security bolts could be opened from the outside. No response to request for it to sorted out or money back. If it wasn't so serious it would be laughable, instruction on product were there for him to read or could have sort clarification from me by phone .I couldn't be there as he was 6 hours late"
