"Scott was very persistent in acquiring the job and came round quickly (early the next day). However I paid £90 for the some high strength caustic soda to be put down a drain which did not work. The people apparently (I was not in so cannot verify) came round again when i informed them the chemicals hadn't worked and increased the strength of the chemicals. This also did not work. I called Scott back on several occasions and it felt that the job was no longer a priority. I had sewage in my garden which i informed him of and was informed it would be two days later. After discussion, I was informed it may be tomorrow however he never phoned back and I had to telephone him. In the meantime I contacted environmental health who were extremely helpful and came round and informed me that they were suprised caustic soda type chemicals were used as it was unlikely to solve the problem. I contacted Scott to inform him that environmental health were now dealing with the problem and that I was unhappy with the service i had received, at which point he hung up on me. I am extremely dissatisfied with the work and the fact that I payed £90 for it and the unprofessional manner I was dealt with. I would never use them again."

The sewage didn't appear until after the chemicals were added and I did explain that sewage was in the garden afterwards when I spoke on Saturday. Bending over backwards in my book would mean fixing the problem or if not, not taking £90 pounds, I would have asked for a refund if the phone had not been put down on me."
