"Following the job the outside light he fitted stopped working soon after so I asked if he would come back and take a look at it he said that it was 'too much ball ache' to come back for that. Which in hindsight doesn't surprise me, there were a couple of other things while he was working that brought into question this tradesman's professionalism. He broke a glass bottle of olive oil but didn't apologise and he drank alcohol whilst working. I would avoid if possible. "
