"Pleasant and friendly electrician arrived promptly. Work slightly complicated due to needing access under boarding in loft so a bit more expensive than hoped. Unfortunately as a result of power being off for testing another fault occurred with heating programmer. Not noticed until next day when no heating and without heating all weekend during first cold snap of the autumn! Cost of sorting it out eventually as much as the original repair. Not their fault - just an unfortunate coincidence - but ended up being a very costly bit of work including purchase of a free standing heater to get through the weekend!"
