"Dan was really reliable; unlike other electricians we've used in the past, he came exactly when he said he would, both to give a quote, and to do the work. We were pretty pleased with the work he did; unfortunately he wasn't able to complete one of the quoted jobs, although he has promised to come back and finish off the job at a later date, and based on what I've seen so far I'm sure he will. And he did deduct the cost of that piece of work from his bill. We had one other quote, which was a bit lower, but I felt much more comfortable getting Dan to do the work."
