"Joe initially came across as very confident and therefore I agreed to proceed with the works with him. After two days of work and paying out almost £500 I am extremely dissapointed. Follwing the completion of works in January 2009 I was doubtful about the system working effectively and Joe left me with one radiator not working and advised me to have my boiler serviced. After incurring a further cost of £50 and numerous telephone calls and 2 scheduled appointments which Joe failed to attend I have given up. I am completely dissatisfied with the service from Joe and I would not recommend his worksmanship to anyone. My problem is not resololved and I am at a loss of £550!"
