"Electricans who attended my property were very courteous. However the after care service has not been satisfactory. The notes and certicfate were promised to be delivered within 48 hours and they did not arrive. Customer had to chase. Information on the notes does not represent what the customer was informed at the time of the visit and the docmentation is stating the the problem is not contained to the kitchen area of the property, but affecting the whole of the downstairs (even though the living room tests were statisfactory). I have now been informed that was has been documented is correct and I will not be receiving a certificate. The product that was promised at the start of this process has not been delivered."
