"Mike called on time as arranged to give estimate. told us exactly what problem was, we needed to contact supplier as no isolation switch and ancient amp head. supplier came (within 40 minutes)!!!and installed isolation switch and logged job for renewal of amp head but refused to switch supply back on as wires had burn't and casing melted inside fusebox. called Mike back who said he would be back with in the hour after already making 28 mile round trip, and it was now after 7pm and dark. what a saint he was here 8pm sorted out fuse board, done some extra testing and had our power back on within the hour. would definately recommend this guy, he was polite, efficient & proffesional with a reasonable quote. A really positive experience for our first time using rated people.will be getting Mike back to do some upgrade upgrade work in near future. Thanks Mike really appreciated you coming back so quick."
