"James and I agreed a price for a day's work plus cost for parts before he came to do the job. He was friendly and polite and phoned to warn me that he was stuck in traffic. He replaced my old single sockets with double ones and added a new socket on a spur. He completed the work neatly and efficiently. He wasn't able to complete all the work I wanted doing as it turned out to be more complicated than anticipated, but he discounted the cost of unused parts from our agreed price. He also gave me helpful advice about my BT wiring which was invaluable. I'd recommend James to anyone, he really knew what he was talking about and was not willing to sideline regulations and best practice."
