"Both husband and wife have discussed the work and the rating comes from both of us. As Joe came when I was at work, my wife told Joe where she wanted the fire and he proceeded to put it where he damn well pleased - far too high on the wall and far too close to the television. Feeling intimidated by Joe's presence, she paid him anyway but was instantly displeased with where he had sited the fire. We've since had to have the fire re-sited and the excess holes in the wall (drilled by Joe) have had to be filled in with polyfiller. As we said in our original comment, he came in with a fair price and the standard of work, and while it was sited incorrectly, the electric work was decent so we recommend that if you hire JM Property services to do work for you, make sure a strong willed person is there to constantly supervise the work so you get exactly what you want."
