"Marc came round to quote on the day that I placed the job on the site and was able to start the job the next week, which was great. He had to come back on another two days to finish the work and unfortunately those arrangements were a bit less organised (phoned to say would arrive at lunchtime and then arrived mid-morning etc.), although admittedly we as customers were also not very organised ourselves (we didn't order the parts very early so they only arrived on the day that Marc was there). We had a misunderstanding about what was included in the quote but Marc very kindly agreed to drop the price slightly. The quality of the work seems fine. Marc didn't do much finishing as we said we would do that ourselves (plastering following socket installation etc.)."
