Although I had to change the day and time for the inspection he worked with me to find a suitable time. He was friendly and professional. Unfortunately the building failed the test but it was explained to me the results of the test and what we would be looking for to obtain a successful certificate. He provided us with a quote for the work promptly which we are considering but as yet we have not purchased the house. I would recommend this company for their excellent service."
