"Although Shaun fitted the new consumer unit fairly quickly, he came across a fault that he coudn't find. He even came back with a complete new unit but the fault still remained. He had to change one RCD in the consumer unit to a different type, which was not accordance to regulations but it still a safe electrical installation according to him. Unfortunately he still hasn't sent me the installation certificate which is a legal requirement and without which I can't sell my house. The job is nearly 4 months ago and I have reminded him several times but still no certificate. I am not sure what the problem is really."
