"Seemed professional at first... Failed to check that the sub-floor was level so laid about a quarter then stopped after I challeneged the quality of the work. Sent round a screeder who wanted £2k to screed!! Called Flortech to ask him how this could be sorted and never heard from him again. Be aware of this guy - he uses a jigsaw and not a chop-saw and his estimating is poor. Floor still not perfect but what do you do with £2.5k worth of solid Oak laid by an amatuer? Avoid, avoid, avoid!!"
