"Overall Mike was very polite, honest and reliable, but was let down on several occasions by the supplier of the flooring, which caused some inconvenience, and was disappointing, particularly as we had chosen a quite expensive 'quality' product.
Once the correct flooring was eventiually supplied, we were impressed with how quickly and professionally he completed the job, and we are very happy with the finish.
We would use Mike again for other flooring jobs, but would prefer a different supplier!"
