"I had a feeling that if I employed Leavford that I'd be happy with his work. Whilst looking at the reviews for different tradesmen on this site there were a few with five stars like Leavford but none of the other reviews were as detailed. I thought that anyone who demanded more than the standard one-liner must be hitting the right notes somewhere and I was right.
My wife and I are exceptionally pleased with the work that Leavford undertook for us and would not hesitate to recommend him.
As well as being a really pleasant guy it's easy to see that Leavford is very skilled at what he does and takes a lot of pride in his work. Both his attention to detail and finish were excellent.
I was also pleasantly surprised at how clean and tidy he kept the work area. The work spanned 2 days and at the end of each day everything was cleaned down and tidied away. In short he made the whole job very easy; there was no hassle and there was no drama.
In fact we were so pleased with his work that we've asked Leavford to quote us on another job.

Stone, ceramic and glass mosaic floor tiling in Willington
"Steven was a very nice man however the job has never been finished as he took up 3 large areas of the hall floor tiles only to find that the tiles he had bought from a reclamation yard did not fit. We are now left with the large areas with no replacement tiles which looks far far worse than it did with the damaged tiles. We had intended the floor to be finished in time for our first christmas at home however it has caused us no end of stress and dissapointment and ultimately a worse floor than we started with."
