"The above comment from Martin is a fabrication. At no point was I unrealistic about the work that needed to be carried out. Martin did not arrange to come back the next day, in fact his communication is so poor that I have always been unsure about what is going on. My partner works from home so there is always someone in the house therefore I am 100% certain that Martin has never been back to my property since the day he left. He has never offered me any rebate to the best of my knowledge and if her were to actually do so I would gladly accept and re-rate accordingly."
