"Quoted me £85 on the phone for a hallway job..Booked him in for a weekday and took day off work for tradesmen to come in and state that they werent aware was a first floor flat and that the job was deemed far too difficult. He Made a phone call and completely refused to attempt job in hand, would not advise to employ as was very disappointed at the lack of communication prior to job with regard to questions on fitting the floor. Unreliabe and was not impressed that took a day off work for it to be refused within 30seconds. "
