"I would not recommend this company for gardening. The reasons for this is they did not do what they said, they came and gave me a quotation and I explained to him that I needed all the trees to be cut smaller he said that’s ok and gave me a price which I was happy with and told them to start immediately which we agreed on a date. On the morning of the agreed date he called us and said he will not be able to come, we then agreed on another date and again he said the resources were not ready. Event usually when he decided to come, he started to cut and fill the truck (which was small for the job description). After filling the truck he said we will not be able to cut any more because the truck was full I explained to him that it was their fault for not estimating the work amount. I was very upset as I thought he will finish everything in one day which he promised. There was still a lot to do. We paid him half the money and he said he will come back to finish the rest. After phoning him many times to come and finish the job he came for two hours and said they had to go. The job was still unfinished, he again promised he will come again and finish the rest he requested the rest of the money we trusted him and gave him the rest on the promise he will come back and finish the job. One week went past my husband phoned him and he said he will come the following week still there was no reply to text, voice or even email messages so I decided to phone him one last time as I had become frustrated and angry as I had to chase him several times he answered and promised to come the following week we heard no reply he had taken the money and ran. The garden till now is not finish, it looks not appealing and I am embarrassed to have people round. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY as they do not do what they say. I would also advise people not to pay any person until they have finished the job. I am very angry and disappointed. I would like to say that he and his colleague were very friendly but not a man of their word."
