"Chris turned up on time to quote for work. We discussed our requirements & Chris gave us his suggestions & between us we agreed what work would be quoted for. Chris's quote was competetive and we accepted. He was able to start a few days after and arrived as promised. He worked very hard, battling against terrible weather. As the work progressed we asked for changes to the original plan & Chris was more than happy to accommodate the changes that we all agreed were for the better. The work took a couple of days longer than planned & we were happy to go away for a few days & leave the house keys with Chris so he could complete the work. The only work left was to make good the tarmac, which was completed a few days later. We offered Chris some payment prior to completion, which he wouldn't accept until the work was fully completed. We now await the bill. We would certainly use Chris again and would recommend him for his quality of workmanship & his commitment. Well done & thanks Chris. "
