A prompt quotation was emailed to me which was accepted a few days later with an agreed date and time for the commencement of works. He arrived on time on the agreed date and the delivery, which he had arranged, was also on time. The works were completed over the agreed 2 day timescale. I can rate Peter with full marks on your categories of value, quality and reliability. I can also rate him with full marks on helpfulness, initiative, tidiness and care of the existing lawn where boards were used to protect it.
