"Unfortunately the last part of this job which involved cleaning and resealing the drive did not go as planned and while initially J&M tried to resolve the problem, we are now left with a section of the drive which is badly stained through the cleaning process and at present no resolution. J&M have suggested that they find a rated people specialist in this area to rectify but at our cost. At present I am left with a unsightly drive which at best will need a deep clean then resealing or a take up this section of the drive and relay with new bricks before resealing. The time lag now on this issue is now in months and this has forced me to take this action of giving a poor rating. For the other work the rating would have been much higher 4 stars."
