"The initial visit re quote was prompt & the work was started on agreed date but there was a problem with the cement not setting, I have been left with 1 post and 2 panels which are moving around and wouldn't stand up to any weather. I have repeatedly emailed the workman, and been told he'd sort it, then that his mums funeral came 1st (not that I would know his mum had passed away because he didn't respond to the emails I sent) that was 5 weeks ago! since then my husband has rung him and has still had no response!! So on a positive he does turn up to do work but I would not recommend him nor would I use him again because I am needing to pay for someone to come out and sort the problem out once and for all."
