"Paul did a great job laying a curving natural stone path along the whole length of my garden. The fencing and trellis went in very quickly and look lovely. He was very accommodating and listened to what I wanted. He even added in a few extra jobs that we hadn't initially discussed. Unfortunately, during the week that my job was booked for, Paul experienced a few problems with other jobs and his van which had a knock-on impact time-wise so the job overran by a couple of weeks. There was also a misunderstanding about clearing rubbish off the site. Paul later explained the problems and offered apologies - which I accepted. All rubbish has now been removed. Even though I couldn't get hold of Paul by phone, he always answered messages via Rated People. Paul is a lovely person, a hard-worker - and a doting dad! I enjoyed our chats and felt sorry for the problems he was having but thought I should accurately reflect my experience. I think all his problems have now been sorted and wish him well for the future."
