"A visit to my home was arranged and all the project details discussed in advance of an estimate being provided. Advice was provided on feasible options and some practical suggestions were made which I was glad to incorporate into my overall idea. An estimate and plan were provided within days of the visit. Further options on stone type for the patio, steps, walling and paving were discussed after I had viewed brouchures and samples provided. Once I'd made my choice the estimate was confirmed and the final price agreed prior to the job commencing. No deposit was required and I was advised that payment could be made once I was satisfied the job was completed to my satisfaction. Work began as planned with materials, skips etc all delivered on the first day in time for the job. The team completed the job within the estimated timescales with all waste completely removed. The site was also tidied at the end of each working day. Details of the job were discussed & confirmed as progress was made ensuring we both were happy with each stage and with completion. The team were a pleasure to deal with. I was very impressed by the quality of their work and their professionalism. I'd be happy to employ their services again if required and would also be happy to recommend to anyone including friends and family. A job extremely well done."
