"We had the heating system installed in July and did not fully run it up and test it until some months later - my fault. We have discovered that the new radiator in our Living room does not get warm even when the new boiler is on for hours. Stanmore did come out and look at it but it still would only get luke warm after hours. We rang again after many emails were ignored and I was told that because it was the last radiator in the chain and dropped from upstairs I would need to turn down the radiator in our bedroom to get the bottom one warm. This does work but means I have to pretty much turn off the bedroom radiator to have any heat in the living room. With a new born baby that sleeps in the room above this is far from ideal. I wish I had used a local plumber and made sure to check everything fullly before paying. Beware. I have researched this problem on the net and it most often occurs when the entire system has not been balance properly. I shall mot likely have to get another local plumber out at huge expense to rectify this problem."
