"I'm sorry. I hate leaving any negative feedback, but although they did a decent job initially, they were very hard to pin down to a time/date for the job. When I needed them to take a look at the same issue a few weeks later I gave up completely and went elsewhere. Sorry. But reliability and timekeeping are essential to get positive word of mouth :-("
