"I had a new combi boiler installed late January and the installion was fine. I think the timescales offered were too tight, and the tradesmen didnt finish off until close to 8pm. However the job was completed and they did tidy-up ok. overall I like the system, but it does take approx. 45 secs to get hot water in the downstairs loo (due to my weird plumbing NOT installed by this plumber), which is one drawback. The other is the wireless control system that doesnt quite work in our house due to thick walls, so needs careful management if the kitchen gets hot (where its located). So in this respect this system is more hard work than our last std system, hence the value rating of 4. Ian was very professional though and I would reuse him for further work and definetly recommend him to others."

"i got this contractor to take out my old gas boiler and fit a new combi boiler and he done a great job talked me through everything he was doing and told me how everything operates and done some extra work without charging me this guy knows his stuff and is realy good at his job i wont be going anywere else in the future i will stick with Ian if i need work done in the future i would recommend him to anyone without hesitation so dont think twice about contacting him just do it you wont regrete it he will do a great job for you."
