"This chap is a tradesman the like of which I didnt think existed anymore - 100% trustworthy and reliable and wouldnt rip you off - his first quote is his best and only quote and was £400 less than the other two quotes one of which decided to come down in price when I got the cheaper quote, but given they had tried to overcharge in the first place I declined the offer. I was given great advice and he took time to explain the different types of boiler which would best suit the needs of my property and about necessary pipework outside the property. I went with a Baxi boiler as they are one of the best makes and was happy to pay more for this but was given the option of a cheaper boiler so it was my choice. He came to quote when he said he would and kept in touch, he arrived bang on time, did a very professional job and cleaned up too. He is very experienced as a heating engineer having more than 20 years experience which instilled confidence that you could rely on him to do a good, safe job. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend him - one of the best tradesmen I have ever had the pleasure to deal with and the value for money quote combined with professionalism would be hard to beat in my view."
