"During his first visit to scope the work Lester was very considered in his approach. There was no hard sell just good advice. He then returned to plan what he needed to do the job and check over our heating installation and any problems that he may encounter. This meant he came prepared on the day he started the work. Very methodical. Lester then worked really hard and thoroughly to get the job done. He did not have to go out and get anything and I do not even recall him having lunch though I know he did bring some with him. The quality of his work was excellent and he was careful with our home. We highly recommend Lester and have already arranged for him to come back to do some more work. "
