"called Atrisan as they were the only one to respond to the enquiry. Pete called round and seemed reasonibly knowledgeable. do some initial investigation looking at the obvious, which to be honest, were things i could have done alone. when i called him back to make some firm arrangement to look at the problem i left voice mail asking him to contact me and also asked if he was Corgi (or the new equivalent) approved. Never heard from him since. Have now solved the problem which was a leaky radiator valve so didn't need Gorgi (or new equivalent) approved workman to fix. Have marked Quality average as nothing done, Value average as no charge incurred, reliability poor."

Andy, the guy who came to fix our radiator arrived when he said he would and even did a couple of extra bits to our bathroom tap and even the water tank in the loft, even though I had not originally mentioned this problem to him - which my wife pointed out when he cam to our house.
