"very quick response. engineer was friendly and efficient. he quickly diagnosed the problem and offered me several different solutions. he was happy to talk to my dad (who used to be a heating engineer) and explain everything so my dad could help me understand the problem. once a solution had been decided on the engineer quickly got on with the job and fixed my boiler.
