"An absolute pleasure to do business with...would recommend without hesitation. Turned up for initial survey when he was supposed to (others didn't!) and was here for 2 hours explaining available options and testing water flow rate etc but the time flew by and there was no hard sell. Was competitively priced when the quote arrived and offered me a start date which suited me. Very professional in his approach to work and is a bit of a perfectionist with regard to routing pipes (not a bad thing!) and work was carried out to to a high standard. Not afraid of hard work this chap as our existing pipework was challenging to say the least. Consequently he stayed late a few nights to get as much done as possible, but he did enquire if that was ok first. Old boiler, loft tanks and water tank now history and new system installed and working fine. A nice bloke as well, as it happens. See you in 12 months for the first service. :-0)"
