Posted a detailed written quote (guaranteed for a month) within a week. The job itself was started a couple of weeks later (after slight delay owing to my personal circumstances) and when finished he left completed logbooks, cleared up and cleaned and tested the system. Was trustworthy and I was happy to give him a front door key and leave him to it.
