"Bandits!!!!! He hoovered the fireplace and clipped something in place and tried to charge £85.00. When questionned about why it was £85.00 he could not justify it. He said he had done a sevice on the fire, but no certificate was issued and he did not tell us what he was doing what needed to be done or how much it would cost. He has allegedly ripped up my cheque which suggests that he realised that he was over charging"
