"Steve came round to fix my boiler. Seemed very nice, but after taking the money and leaving I checked the equipment and it wasn't working. I ran out to catch him and he spent another hour fixing it. He promised that he would send me the boiler inspection certificate (which I paid for in cash) over a month ago and has failed to respond to emails and phone calls regarding this. Steve, if you are reading this, I have given you ample opportunity to contact me, and if you send me the inspection certificate as promised, I will withdraw this comment."
