"After agreeing on a start date well in advance, had major problems getting the job started on time, eventually a week later David arranged for someone else do the job on behalf of him - the replacement managed to wire the boiler up wrong, powerflush the system without ending two newly cut/open pipes so water flooded out from upstairs and down into the hallway damaging a light fitting and finally he didnt plumb the new piping which replaced the storage tank correctly (there was quite a few other issues as well). To his due, David (who actually is a very nice guy) came back after and sorted the issues caused. So if you are using homeheating make sure it's David that does the job and no-one else. Only commenting now as I realised I hadnt put a comment in yet."
