"A date was arranged for the job to be done and that is exactly what happened. Any questions I had about the job were answered as quickly as possible. The boiler did unfortunately have a problem, from the manufacturer, but this was dealt with by Dan and an engineer from Valiant was round the next morning. I hasten to add that Dan was round the same evening to try and get the boiler working for us, which he did, but we still needed the engineer to replace the faulty pump. Dan's workmanship was brilliant, he worked very steadily and cleared up after himself and the job was completed in the time estimated. I have already recommended him and would not hesitate in doing so again. "
