"The engineer did not finish the job till about 7.30pm after starting at 8am. He left the place in an absolute mess and I found that there was a little damage to the property, which was not discovered till the next day. Was unable to remove the old boiler as the kitchen cabinets were built round it. Some of the radiators do not work and have asked him to come back to sort it out. He managed to disconnect the main power without even realising it but my husband managed to sort it out before an electrician could come out. I shall be glad when everything is woking normally as I have a very young son and do not want to go through the winter with no proper heating."
