Not only did he phone me on Sunday evening to help me out, he also spent the best part of half an hour trying to sort my problem over the telephone. Unfortunately this couldn't be done and so he arranged a house visit. He then went on to call me the night before to check that everything was still good for him to come the following day. He arrived on time, found the problem very quickly, was finished within a few hours and was very reasonably priced.
