"Chris from CSB plumbing arrived at my house shortly after his initial call back to myself, he was polite and informative about my problem, he located an electrical fault and repaired my boiler in a little over an hour, despite running over an hour I was only charged for 1 Hours work which I thought was excellent. He was sure the problem was resolved but if I had any further issues I should call him. Unfortunately the boiler broke down again shortly afterwards, I called Chris and he informed he was unable to return that day but would be back early the next day to resolve the problem. True to his word he arrived and got on with things, eventually replacing a water pressure sensor. Although he took over an hour he only charged me for the cost of the part which I thought was an excellent gesture, I also think this illustrates perfectly the Level of Honesty and professionalism that CSB adhere to. Overall I thought the service provided was absolutely First Class, I would not hesitate in recommending Chris or CSB Plumbing to anyone. Upon departing my home, Chris said he hoped he'd never see me again (in the nicest possible way of course!!) I'm happy to say that so far he has not. Proof enough that his work is as effective as it is good value. Thank you."
