"Despite some initial challenges around the delicate nature of ceramic sinks (the first one was cracked whilst Murdo was punching out the tap hole), Murdo ordered a new sink at his cost, returned and installed my sink as requested. It now looks really nice and works just as it should. If you have a ceramic sink, and you know that it has one hole or two holes for the tap, I'd advise getting the sink supplier to punch the hole(s) out to avoid the risk of damaging the sink (let's face it - if the supplier breaks it, it's their problem!). You'll avoid the inevitable delays in ordering a new one and the time needed to be at home for it to be installed.
Overall, well done Murdo and John. Job done."

"A quick note to thank Gregory and the team for doing such a great job on our kitchen. We are delighted with the result. For other people reading this here are a couple of examples of why we are so pleased.
Our kitchen is unheated and gets very cold in winter with a tile on concrete floor. We were going to replace with laminate flooring upto the kitchen unit feet. Gregory was the only contractor to say that we should lay the new floor from wall to wall to really ensure the room is as warm as possible and to avoid damp and mould.
Additionally when laying our laminate floor as soon as he discovered that the flooring we had chosen was sub standard (although it was quite expensive - always buy 12mm!) informed us immediately that we need to take it back to Wickes and change it. His team also sanded and oiled our oak worktops and have said they'll come back in a few weeks once we've compiled a snag list. They did the work in 7 days and worked over a whole weekend. On the occassions that we had any concerns they listened patiently and made any required changes. Gregory also made a point of asking questions throughout the project to ensure they were doing things the way we wanted them done.
So overall an excellent combination of quality, value and reliability. Thanks again. "
