"The tradesman did good work but didn't pay enough attention to what I had asked him to do. I asked for a quote, but he didn't provide one and instead began making a repair without getting my agreement first. I hadn't actually asked for a repair, but a quote to replace a damaged cupboard. He didn't ask whether this was okay with me, so although I would have agreed, I can't recommend him because he didn't take the trouble to make sure he was doing the job I actually wanted."
