"Very unhappy with the outcome of the job(s). All agreed job(s) have not been completed, but have been paid in full - I hoped this will act as a motivating tool, to complete the tasks. Unfortunately, that was not the case - I needed to find somebody at a short notice to complete all works and obviously had to pay more. The quality of work was very poor, while the value - no returns, just unfinished job(s). The reliability - I have been advised the job(s) may be completed after two weeks - on their holiday return. Definitely will never recommend this company."

"I am very dissapointed in the comments the tradesperson has made - they don't reflect the reality and I will stand by my rating. Only one comment: you cannot expect somebody to wait for you to have your holiday and return in two weeks to complete a job for which you have been paid in full!!! There are indeed two sides of the story and I didn't have any reason to rate him so low if he would have performed as agreed. I just wanted, for the money which I paid, to have the job done - that's all."
