"Did not ever make contact to finish job, went on holiday and despite several attempts to make contact, they ignored my calls. The work that what done was acceptable, a lengthy overrun due to unreliable subcontractors and the unavoidable extra work of putting in new windows. The extra work was arranged at short notice and done to a good standard but this was dampened by the final disappointment. I ended up finishing off the snags myself and having to get rid of all their waste that was left."
