"Quality: overall the kitchen units, new cooker, light fittings and plastering were carried out quickly with no major problems, however, we continue to have outstanding issues with the standard of the work of some additional shelves which are not securely fixed.
Value: the price quoted was mid range.
Reliability: initially, Mark from [COMPANY_NAME] came across as very efficient and returned calls immediately, unfortunately, calls were not answered or returned after we had paid in full without realising that there were some outstanding issues to be sorted (eg extractor fan). It took some chasing up before these were resolved. Regarding the outstanding issue with the shelves mentioned above, we have tried to contact [COMPANY_NAME], leaving 7 messages, none of which were returned. When at last we did get through, we were assured that someone would be with us the following Monday, unfortunately no one turned up nor has there been any further contact from them."
