"unfortunately we had some problems with the tap fitting and despite trying to contact Pablo on his phone with no response we had to call out another plumber to fix it. It cost us another £60. I was disappointed because he said he would follow up his work and all I had to do was call him. The doors too have become a little loose and need adjusting but I'm reluctant to call him as he is not responding. I feel let down as I thought he was reliable and trustworthy."
